SHIPPING POLICY

Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We offer shipping within the United States.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

S.M.N Studio is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to select countries, including Canada.

International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier processing fees, and any other charges required by the destination country or shipping carrier.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout unless specifically stated otherwise.

Import fees and customs charges are determined by the destination country and/or shipping carrier. S.M.N Studio does not control these charges and cannot estimate the final amount.

Refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or related import charges does not qualify as an order cancellation.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or customer refusal, original shipping fees, return shipping costs, carrier fees, and any related expenses will be deducted from any eligible refund.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

S.M.N Studio will assist whenever possible but is not responsible for carrier errors, lost packages, theft, or delays outside of our control.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, please follow our Return Policy and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If a return shipping label is provided by S.M.N Studio, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

S.M.N Studio is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
