SALE & PROMOTIONS

Promotions, discount offers, promotional periods, and discount amounts are subject to change, modification, or cancellation at any time without prior notice.

S.M.N Studio reserves the right to update or amend promotion terms and conditions during any promotional period.

Promotional discount codes applied to regular-priced items (such as welcome offers or limited-time promotional codes) do not make the item final sale unless specifically stated.

Items marked as Sale, Archive Sale, Sample Sale, Clearance, or Final Sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

ORDERS & AVAILABILITY

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

Items are only reserved once checkout is completed, payment has been accepted, and your order has been confirmed.

Due to limited inventory availability, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.

If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you by email and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Any remaining available items in your order will continue to be processed and shipped.

DISCOUNTS & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

We do not offer price adjustments on orders placed before or after promotional events.

No rainchecks will be provided for sold-out items or expired promotions.

SHIPPING

We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

During promotional periods, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

RETURNS

Returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and unwashed.

Items must be returned with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
