RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be accepted.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please request your return through our Returns Center before shipping your item back.

Returns sent without an approved RMA number may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If a return shipping label is provided by S.M.N Studio, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. S.M.N Studio is not responsible for lost return shipments.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

SALE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as Sale, Archive Sale, Sample Sale, Clearance, or Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Promotional discount codes applied to regular-priced items (such as welcome offers or limited promotions) do not make the item final sale unless otherwise stated.

EXCHANGES

Size exchanges may be accepted within the return period depending on product availability.

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached.

Defective or damaged items will be reviewed individually.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any related fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all international returns.
